• I’m after a recommendation for a “guest gun”. It’s primary use would be as a guest gun when taking friends clay pigeon shooting. However I’d like to give Practical Shotgun a go and would like double up here.

      My requirements:

      * 12g

      * Section 2

      * Semi auto

      * reasonable priced (sub £750, but the sub-er the better)

      * universally fitting, as it’ll be…

      • Benelli m2 meets your requirements apart from perhaps the light loads.  But its soft shooting and fit can be adjusted fairly easily its also nice and light,  plenty in your range and are often seen in practical comps!

        • I agree with Dan but the Winchester sx4 is a good option Very reliable what ever load you plan to use .

        • CaDA C81021 – FN SCAR assault rifle.

          A fully automatic electric rifle. Fixes all the issues in the Warfront No.Q2880 as the trigger is great and action is reliable. However that comes at the cost of none-standard bricks. The trigger and the picatinny rail (which is compatible with real stuff) are custom blocks

          The CaDA blocks are good quality,…

        • Warfront No.Q2880 MK MP5.

          This is an electric fully automatic machine pistol with a folding stock.

          It was an enjoyable build with quite a clever action. Alas it was let down by a awful trigger and poor reliability.

          • The bricks are really low quality, a fair few bits (trigger guard and front sight for example) didn’t survive the initial build. As you can see from the picture the barrel is longer than the bricks can hold.
            The magazine and action works quite well when the magazine has only three projectiles in, but once fully loaded the magazine has a… Read more

            • CaDA definitely has really good quality bricks, they really are not far from the real deal. It held together really nicely when being played with by kids. The instructions are clear and detailed.

              The action is simple and easily accessible allowing for easy repairs or upgrades of the elastic band.

              The trigger pull is dependent on the band… Read more

            • Shout out if you don’t think this belongs here, I’d understand as they are basically Nerf guns and I don’t think Nerf guns really fit. But models of real firearms I think would be cool.
