Our research and development process is centred around communication with shooters. This collaborative approach enables us to compile a comprehensive list of needs, ideal shooter specifications, dimensions, and profile preferences.

Harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology, we employ a CAD program to translate these design criteria into a meticulous 2D format. Once the measurements are finalized, the 2D drawing seamlessly transforms into a precise 3D profile, laying the foundation for the creation of exceptional rifle stocks.

At Form Rifle Stocks, we take pride in our meticulous craftsmanship. Our own tool paths are carefully created to ensure that each stock is produced with unparalleled care and attention to detail.

To bring our designs to life, we utilize a six-axis CNC machine custom-built for us by CMS in Italy. This state-of-the-art machine boasts an astonishing accuracy of 0.01 mm, guaranteeing that each stock is as true to the computer program as it was envisioned.

The foundation of our stocks is the laminate hardwood timber sourced from CWP in Finland. Renowned for their expertise in dying and manufacturing Scandinavian birch veneers, CWP employs a hot glue press to ensure a solid and stable structure for the laminate. All our products undergo meticulous hand sanding and are finished with high-quality oil, ensuring a flawless and refined surface.
