Hi All,
Ive just got a 6.5 Creedmoor slot onto my FAC and been looking at the Tikka Tax A1 in 6.5 Creedmoor with he 24′ barrel. Everything I’ve read about it or watched comes up positive.
Question is, Is it really a decent rifle? Ill be using it for target shooting?Neil Wragg-
I have one in .308 and it’s an awesome rifle. There are 3 guys in our club that also have one in 6.5 and all rave about it so definitely a good buy 👍🏻 Stick a Stalon mod on it and you will be even more impressed.

Thanks James, I have a few emails out to companies trying to track down a Coyote Brown one. I think the hardest thing to decide on is going to be the optic. Hopefully visiting the British shooting show in a few weeks may help. Hopefully not confuse it more lol.

Ha yeah the scope decision is always the hardest ! I went for a Vortex PST Gen II 5-25 x 50 and the other chaps in the club did the same !
All obviously depends on budget. I would have gone for a Steiner but it was over budget at the time. Can’t fault the one I have though.
Pretty sure Livens in burton have the coyote ones in order for £250 depo and £1600 on collection-
How do you find the magnification on the long shots. Our clubs rifles is x40. We only shoot to 600 yards tho.

I have one in 6.5 Creedmore and it’s awesome. Only gone out to 600 so far, but it’s a tack driver.
I put an Element Titan on 20moa burrel mounts for mine – lovely scope.
