Swapped over to Minnie mags and ran like a dream. 
Thought it would wear in ..
HV now in the ruger and use the subs for the cz .
200 HV rounds without one stove pipe  and be fair I was wanging them out rapid style at the steels .

Really easy to install by tapping in a brass threaded insert into the hole in the bolt handle. (Two different sizes supplied)

Always found the original was a bit close to the scope ….very easy to rack now .

Less than £20 from ebay and 2mins to install

Nothing not to love about it

Both gave the same results. 
I put the 3-9×50 on the 10/22 with  no problems. 
Will try taking  the mod off , see if that makes a difference. 
I love the look and feel of the cz …..shame .
